This service is offered every Sunday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm CST. Please indicate which date you are reserving when purchasing this class. You will need a bolster (or a couch cusion), strap, eye pillow, block, blanket, and soft throw-pillow. An audio recording of your class is included.
