Restorative Yoga is a relaxation-focused style of yoga. We all could use more relaxation in our lives! Every Sunday from 2:00 - 3:00 pm, I offer you the opportunity to experience the deep relaxation that Restorative Yoga gives.

 

My name is Melanie McLeod, and I have taught hundreds of Restorative Yoga classes to hundreds of people in need of the relaxation that Restorative Yoga brings.

 

Join me on a Sunday when you are feeling in need of a deep "Restore" to prepare you for the week ahead. I'd like to know more about you! Please fill out the form below so that I can better help you relax and rejuvenate from the privacy of your own home.

For this class, you will need: 

​

  • a bolster (or a couch cushion)

  • a yoga block

  • a yoga strap

  • a throw pillow

  • an eye pillow

  • a lightweight blanket

 Next Restorative Therapy Training Weekend with Melanie:

 

February 21st - 23rd, 2025

In this 12-hour training weekend, you will learn and practice the skills to guide and teach a Restorative Yoga class. 

​

Schedule: Friday, February 21st, 6:00 - 8:00 pm Welcome & Orientation | Saturday, February 22nd, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm | Sunday, February 23rd, 11:00 am - 4:00 pm
